These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FRCR AI (the “Platform”), operated by MedNex Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

FRCR AI is an AI-powered exam preparation platform for the Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR) examinations. The Platform generates practice questions on demand, provides explanations, offers a Socratic AI tutor, and includes spaced repetition and performance analytics.

2. Subscription Plans

  • Free Plan: 5 AI-generated questions per day (up to 25 per rolling 7-day period) with access to explanations, practice mode, and progress tracking. No credit card required.
  • Basic Plan: S$7.50/month. Includes 40 questions per day (up to 200 per rolling 7-day period), exam simulation mode, cognitive profile analytics, spaced repetition review, and the Socratic AI tutor.
  • Premium Plan: S$15/month or S$135/year. Includes 120 questions per day (up to 480 per rolling 7-day period), exam simulation mode, cognitive profile analytics, spaced repetition review, and the Socratic AI tutor.

3. Billing and Cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free Plan. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials.
  • Use the Platform to violate any law or regulation.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform.
  • Use AI-generated content to cheat in actual examinations.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All questions and explanations are generated by AI and reviewed for quality, but may contain errors or outdated information. The Platform is an educational study tool and does not constitute medical advice. Always verify information against authoritative sources and clinical guidelines.

6. No Affiliation

FRCR AI is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Royal College of Radiologists or any other examining body.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, design, and software are the property of MedNex Pte. Ltd. AI-generated questions are provided for your personal study use and may not be redistributed.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
